Q: What are your operating hours?

A: We operate Monday - Friday  8am -4pm 

 

Q: Are your products packed in a certified facility?

A: Yes. The Raymond Hadley Corporation facility operates under strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols to ensure cross-contamination prevention and total product integrity.


Q: You have what I want, just not enough of it. What do I do? 

A: Contact us via email or Chat and we can help 


Q: How do I know when my order will arrive?

A: RHBulk sends out an email with the tracking number for your convenience


Q: what is this "Pickup in store" option?

 A:  It's fairly new to us! Locals (and employees) have the option to pick up items at the warehouse.  If you live close by, or would like an excuse for a road trip, select that option.
