Shipping

We do our best to ship orders out by the next business day but depending on shipping volume, it may take 2 business days.

Returns

All sales are final. Only returns/refunds due to defects are considered.

Eligibility for return/credit based on defects must include pictures of the defect.

Once the item for return/credit is inspected we will send you an email confirming status and further instructions if any.

If approved for a refund, the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method, typically within 5-8 business days

Pallet Customers

Please make sure the correct number of bags have been delivered and checked for damages before signing off on the delivery receipt.

Damages must be reported to RHBULK within 48 hours of your delivery.

In the event of missing bags, damages or if the shrink-wrap has been altered: Please notate information on the receiving BOL (along with pictures) and pass that on to RHC. 

If receiving BOL is signed without documentation of missing bags, damages, etc. this means the shipment was received complete and not damaged.

RHBULK & RHC will not be responsible for missing or damaged products not documented on the receiving Bill of Lading.
